GOOD QUESTIONS.

A few things
you might be wondering.

Let’s make these simple, too.

What kinds of letters can HelpVole explain?

HelpVole is being designed for everyday Czech paperwork: letters from authorities, health insurers, ČSSZ, immigration offices, banks, landlords, utility providers and insurance companies. The aim is to help you understand the request and your next step.

Is this just a translation?

The focus is on action: who sent the letter, what they want, the deadline, what happens if you do nothing and the most important next step. A plain-language explanation supports that checklist.

How much will it cost?

An account is required. New users receive 3 free analyses. Planned pricing: HelpVole Plus at 79 CZK/month for up to 10 analyses per billing month, with no rollover, or 49 CZK for one additional analysis. Free document analysis is available; payments are not available yet.

Which languages will be available?

The planned interface languages are English, Czech, Russian and Ukrainian (EN · CZ · RU · UA). These are placeholders for now; this preview is in English only.

Is HelpVole a legal service?

No. HelpVole is intended to help you understand paperwork, not to provide legal advice or represent you. For a legal dispute or a decision affecting your rights, contact a qualified professional.

Can I upload my letter now?

Yes. Create an account or log in to save a document privately. Choose analysis after saving; saving a draft uses no free analysis.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT ALONE.

Less paperwork stress.
More life in Czechia.
